KING OF THE RING
The ‘King of the Ring’ fight took place on Saturday, the 10th of December, at Mote Park in Maidstone, Kent.
Bil was up against Wade Brian in a champ versus challenger match for the Kent title. This match was presented by the Great Britain Boxing Union.
The fight went all four rounds, resulting in a win for Bil and retention of the Kent champion status.
That’s right, Bilat successfully defended his championship title in his last fight before retiring. But this isn’t the end for Bilat. His focus is on training up the next generation of passionate boxers for success and notoriety over at The Bil Sha Boxing Club (BSBC).
BIL SHA – A DEDICATED BOXER
In his career as a boxer, Bil has worked with the GBBU, UKBU, and many prestigious trainers and coaches.
However, his introduction to the sport was humble. As an adolescent, Bil was inspired by Mike Tyson and other boxing greats. From here, he was motivated to start training and practising the craft. When he was 17 to 19, Bil had six amateur fights.
Unfortunately, his amateur boxing progress took a break due to family commitments. But he was back in the ring in 2007, taking part in white-collar boxing matches.
In 2016 Bil was signed as a semi-professional boxer for a five-fight deal in the British boxing ranks. Numerous matches followed, leading to Bil standing in line for the London Featherweight title.
But Bil was only getting started… Read the rest of his biography here.
